Recommended: Gri & Mosconi - Between Ocean And Sky

20 December 2018

It's been a while since I've gone down the route of posting recommendations to the blog. There may be one or two on on here, but it was a regular thing before the blog was hacked. It's something I'm going to do again, perhaps not to the extent that I did before, but who knows? We'll see how it pans out. Let's just say that for now, I'll post the odd thing that I discover in my digging around various sites and hopefully introduce others to something new, interesting and enjoyable.

As has always been the case, you won't find things limited to one style here. Through the years and various guises of this blog there have been posts containing music from across a wide range of genres; from funk, soul and disco, to house, techno, trip hop and ambient. I'll only be posting something if I have genuinely loved it. Don't expect lengthy reviews either. The music does the talking, all I'd suggest is that if you are here to listen, then give the music the chance to shine by listening to the whole journey.

I stumbled across this while clicking through a 'best of' list over on Tumblr. Both the artists (Francis M. Gri & Federico Mosconi) and label (Slowcraft Records) are new to me, if it's new to you too, then I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
